Professor Ram Pendyala is the director of ASU’s the School of Sustainable Engineering and the Built Environment in the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering. He teaches and conducts research in transportation systems engineering, design, modeling and simulation, travel behavior analysis, multimodal transport policy analysis, freight and passenger travel demand forecasting, travel survey methods and transportation economics and finance. Pendyala directs TOMNET (Teaching Old Models New Tricks), a Tier 1 University Transportation Center sponsored by the U.S. Department of Transportation. The center focuses on advancing transportation system operations and mobility of people and goods by striving to harness data analytics and behavioral science to understand explain and forecast how people travel and make mobility choices under different conditions. The goal is to develop transportation forecasting models for the next generations of transportation infrastructure systems, new mobility services and automated transportation technologies. Pendyala is on the editorial boards of leading transportation journals, has conducted more than $12 million in sponsored research and published more 200 research articles, and been a consultant for several transportation industry organizations. He has received a Service Recognition Award for his work as the chair of the national Transportation Research Board’s planning and environment group and served on several advisory panels for federal, state and local transportation agencies around the country. Pendyala also holds or has held leadership positions in professional associations such as the International Association for Travel Behaviour Research and the American Society of Civil Engineers. He has won the American Road & Transportation Builders Association S.S. Steinberg Award recognizing outstanding contributions to transportation education, and twice shared with coauthors the Transportation Research Board’s Pyke Johnson Award for outstanding research publication in transportation systems planning and administration. Pendyala first joined ASU in 2006 after serving 12 years on the faculty of the University of South Florida in Tampa. Between 2014 and 2016 he served as the Frederick R. Dickerson Chair Professor of Transportation in the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Georgia Tech.

Dr. Neeraj Kumar received his Ph.D. in CSE from SMVD University, Katra (J & K), India, and was a postdoctoral research fellow in Coventry University, Coventry, UK. He is working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, Patiala (Pb.), India since 2014. Dr. Neeraj is an internationally renowned researcher in the areas of VANET & CPS Smart Grid & IoT Mobile Cloud computing & Big Data and Cryptography. He has published more than 150 technical research papers in leading journals and conferences from IEEE, Elsevier, Springer, John Wiley, and Taylor and Francis. His paper has been published in some of the high impact factors journals such as-IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security, IEEE Transactions on Dependable and Secure Computing, IEEE Transactions on Power Systems, IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, IEEE Transactions on Smart Grid, IEEE Journal of Biomedical and Health Informatics, IEEE Access, IEEE Transactions on Consumer Electronics, IEEE Systems Journal, IEEE IoT Journal, IEEE Wireless Communication Magazine, IEEE Vehicular Technology Magazine, IEEE Communication Magazine, IEEE Networks Magazine etc. Apart from the journals conferences, he has also published papers in some of the core conferences of his area of specialization such as-IEEE Globecom, IEEE ICC, IEEE Greencom, IEEE CSCWD. He has guided many research scholars leading to Ph.D. and M.E./M.Tech. His research is supported by funding from TCS, CSIT, UGC and UGC in the area of Smart grid, energy management, VANETs, and Cloud computing. He is member of the Cyber-Physical Systems and Security (CPSS) research group. He has research funding from DST, CSIR, UGC, and TCS. He has total research funding from these agencies of more than 2 Crores under different schemes from the GOI. Recently, he has also got International research projects under DST-research initiative. He has h-index of 26 (according to Google scholar, March 2017) with 2500 citations to his credit. He is editorial board members of International Journal of Communication Systems, Wiley, Security and Communication, John Wiley, and Journal of Networks and Computer Applications, Elsevier. He has visited many countries mainly for the academic purposes. He is a visiting research fellow at Coventry University, Coventry, UK. He has many research collaborations with premier institutions in India and different universities across the globe. He has been engaged in different academic activities inside and outside the Institute. He has supervised 5 Ph.D. students and 5 are currently pursuing their thesis. He has also supervised more than 20 M.E./M.Tech. thesis. He is a member of IEEE

Dr Sudeep Tanwar is working as a Professor in Computer Science and Engineering Department. He has more than 19 years of teaching experience. Dr Tanwar received his BTech degree in Computer Engineering from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, MTech (Hons) degree in Information Technology from the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi, and PhD degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Mewar University, India. Dr Tanwar's research interests include Blockchain Technology, Wireless Sensor Networks, Fog Computing, Smart Grid, and IoT. He has authored 02 books and edited 13 books, more than 200 technical papers, including top journals and top conferences, such as IEEE TNSE, TVT, TII, WCM, Networks, ICC, GLOBECOM, and INFOCOM. He has guided many students leading to ME/MTech and guiding students leading to PhD. He has been awarded as Outstanding Reviewer Award from FGCS, Elsevier, CEE, Elsevier, JNCA, Elsevier, DCN, Elsevier. (July 2018). Dr Tanwar initiated the research field of blockchain technology adoption in various verticals in 2017. His h-index is 38. Dr Tanwar actively serves his research communities in various roles. He is currently serving the editorial boards of Physical Communication, Computer Communications, International Journal of Communication System, and Security and Privacy. He has been awarded the best research paper awards from IEEE GLOBECOM 2018, IEEE ICC 2019, and Springer ICRIC-2019. He has served many international conferences as a member of the organizing committee, such as publication chair for FTNCT-2020, ICCIC 2020, WiMob2019, member of the advisory board for ICACCT-2021, ICACI 2020, workshop co-chair for CIS 2021, and general chair for IC4S 2019, 2020, ICCSDF 2020. Dr Tanwar is a final voting member for IEEE ComSoc Tactile Internet Committee in 2020. He is a Senior Member of IEEE, CSI, IAENG, ISTE, CSTA, and the member of the Technical Committee on Tactile Internet of IEEE Communication Society.

Dr. Vijay Singh Rathore is presently working as Professor, Department of CS & IT, IIS (deemed to be) University, Jaipur (India). He has Teaching Experience of 18 Years. He is Past Chairman, CSI Jaipur Chapter, got Two Patents published, PhD Supervised (Awarded: 16, Under Supervision: 07), 77 Research Papers published (Includes Springer, Elsevier, IEEE, etc indexed with Scoupus, Google, Thompson etc.). He has written 10 Books on some subjects of CSE, IT and Management and an active Reviewer in some National and International Journals. Dr. Vijay Singh Rathore is handling international affairs of The IIS University, Jaipur. His basic research areas are internet security, cloud computing, Big Data, and IoT. He has organized and participated some national & international conferences of repute. His foreign visits for various academic activities (Delegate/Invited/Keynote Speaker/Session Chair/Guest) include USA, UK, France, Netherlands, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Nepal etc. He has recently participated as a member of Indian Higher Education Delegation to UK (July, 2017) in the leadership of Prof Anil D. Sahashtrabudhe, Chairman, AICTE, and another delegation to USA (Aug, 2018) along with AICTE Advisors Dr Dileep Malkhede and Dr Rajive Kumar (Both delegations mounted by GR foundation). The key International Conferences organized by him includes ICICT 2018 at Brunel University, London in Collaboration with GR foundation, ICE-TEAS 2018 at JECRC, Jaipur in association with Springer. He has chaired the SMARTCOM 2019 at Bangkok, World Conference WS4 2017 at London, UK, International Conference INDIA 2017 at Duy Tan University, Da Nang, Vietnam, ICICT 2016 at Bangkok, Thailand. Dr Rathore has Led the delegation (2016) to University of Amsterdam, Netherlands, the delegation (2018) to Nanyang Technological University, Singapore for discussions on academic and research collaborations Dr. Rathore has also led the team who has struggled to revise the AICTE Norms for Engineering Faculty Eligibility Criteria, where in, he was the core member of the team who made various representations to AICTE and MHRD for re permitting MSc/MCA with MTech/PhD qualification holder to be eligible to be become Faculty in Engineering and ultimately AICTE agreed to allow and the Notification regarding the same was published in the Gazette of India in July, 2016. For his significant contribution towards quality technical education he has been given “Award of Appreciation 2019” at Bangkok, “Certificate of Appreciation” at New York in 2018, “The Award of Appreciation 2017” at WS4, London, UK. He has also received “The Significant Contribution Award 2016” and “Active Participation Youth Award 2016” under CSI Service Awards at Coimbatore, and also received “Award of Prominent Academician in ICT Excellence 2016” by ACM at Bangkok, Thailand. Earlier Prof Rathore has been awarded “Shiksha Bhushan Award 2009” by the then Governor of Gujarat Sh. Nawal Kishore Sharma for the initiation of HELP (Holistic Education Learning Process) in which a four pillar model was prepared (Academic Skills, Soft Skills, Industry & Social Exposure, and Problem Solving Attitude) for providing industry specific placement oriented education to the technical students. He is an active academician and always welcoming and forming innovative ideas in the various dimensions of education and research for the better development of the society.

Dr. Sandeep Goyal currently working as Senior Prinicipal Scientist & OIC, GIS and Head,Madhya Pradesh Agency for Promotion of Information Technology.He has expertise in Geology, Geoinformatics (GIS) and Geography.

Dr. Rengaswamy Jayaganthan, currently working as a professor in Department of Engineering Design at Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. He has completed his Ph. D from Indian Institute of Science Bangalore. His research area of interest mainly focuses on Nano Manufacturing, Development of Bulk Nanostructured Materials for Structural Applications, Functional Nanomaterials, Structure-Property Correlations in Piezoelectric Nanostructured Thin films, Ultrafine grained Materials, Fatigue & Fracture Studies of Light Metals & Alloys, Corrosion Engineering, Degradation Behaviour of Bulk and Nanocrystalline Coatings. He has published more than 318 research papers in peer reviewed international and national journals.

Dr. Sheng-Lung Peng is a Professor and the director (head) of the Department of Creative Technologies and Product Design, National Taipei University of Business, Taiwan. He received the BS degree in Mathematics from National Tsing Hua University, and the MS and PhD degrees in Computer Science and Information Engineering from the National Chung Cheng University and National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan, respectively. His research interests are in designing and analyzing algorithms for Bioinformatics, Combinatorics, Data Mining, and Networks. Dr. Peng has edited several special issues for journals, such as Soft Computing, Journal of Internet Technology, Journal of Computers and MDPI Algorithms. He is also a reviewer for many journals such as IEEE Transactions on Emerging Topics in Computing, Theoretical Computer Science, Journal of Computer and System Sciences, Journal of Combinatorial Optimization, Journal of Modelling in Management, Soft Computing, Information Processing Letters, Discrete Mathematics, Discrete Applied Mathematics, Discussions Mathematical Graph Theory, and so on. He published more than 100 international conferences and journal papers. Dr. Peng is now the Dean of the Library and Information Services Office of NDHU, an honorary Professor of Beijing Information Science and Technology University of China, and a visiting Professor of Ningxia Institute of Science and Technology of China. He is a director of Institute of Information and Computing Machinery (IICM), and of Taiwan Association of Cloud Computing (TACC) in Taiwan. He is also a supervisor of Chinese Information Literacy Association, of Association of Algorithms and Computation Theory (AACT), and of Interlibrary Cooperation Association in Taiwan. He has been serving as a secretary general of TACC from 2011 to 2015, of AACT from 2013 to 2016, and of IICM from 2015 to 2018. He was a convener of the East Region of Service Science Society of Taiwan from 2014 to 2016. He was also the regional director of the 2017 ACM-ICPC Contest Council for Taiwan.

Prof. Manoranjan Parida, Department of Civil Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee has taken over charge of Director, CSIR-Central Road Research Institute on 20th September, 2022. Prof. Manoranjan Parida was Deputy Director at IIT Roorkee before joining CSIR-CRRI. He has been MoRTH Chair Professor on Development of Highway System in India at IIT Roorkee during 2013-2017. He has worked on an Imprint Research Project “Propagation and Mitigation Model of Mixed Traffic Noise for Planning Mid Sized Indian Cities”. Design and Development of Noise Barrier for Flyovers in Delhi is an innovative contribution by him. He has provided substantial inputs for third party quality audit of 1700 km. of State Highway in the State of Bihar (during 2007-2013) under the RSVY Project. He has provided consultancy for more than 350 urban road infrastructure projects, intercity corridors, rural roads, and expressways. He received Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru Birth Centenary Award in the year 2004 from Indian Road Congress. He has received the Outstanding Teacher Award of IIT Roorkee. He is presently Convener of Urban Roads & Streets Committee(H-8) of Indian Roads Congress, New Delhi.

Dr. Subrahmanyam Murala is an Associate Professor at School of Computer Science and Statistics, Trinity College Dublin, Ireland. His career includes a tenure as Associate Professor in Electrical Engineering at IIT Ropar until June 2023, and a Post-Doctoral Research role at the University of Windsor, Canada, from 2012 to 2014. With over ten years of post-PhD research experience, Dr. Murala has significantly impacted the fields of computer vision and artificial intelligence. He established the Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition Laboratory (CVPR Lab), focusing on developing practical solutions for complex computer vision challenges. His research encompasses a range of areas including Computer Vision, Pattern Recognition and Machine Learning.

Dr Utkal is a Senior IEEE Member, Secretary IEEE Fiji Subsection and Student branch Counsellor. He has over 16 years’ experience in both academic/research in the various education institutes and industry. He received the B.Engg. degree from Gujarat University, India and M.Engg. degree from M S University Baroda, India and the Ph.D. degree from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT-G), India, in Electronics and Electrical Engineering. He also worked as the Project Engineer at R&D department at Compatible Power (P) Ltd in between 1999 to 2002. His current research focuses on system modelling, identification techniques in time and frequency domain, fractional control, data analysis and filtering techniques on high speed processors and various robotics applications for medical and industrial automation.

Generally, work in the area of empirical finance and accounting research, with signature work in asset pricing, corporate finance and capital markets. More specifically, concentrations of research on: pitching research; risk factors; trading strategies; alternative investments; mutual & hedge funds; credit ratings; risk modelling; behavioral finance; stock liquidity; risk management & hedging; insider trading; rights offerings; capital structure; financial risk tolerance; M&As; corporate governance; bank risk taking.

Giorgio Giacinto is Full Professor of Computer Engineering at the University of Cagliari, Italy. Since 1995 he joined the Pattern Recognition and Applications Lab at the Dept. of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, University of Cagliari, Italy, and from Nov. 2000 he has been appointed a permanent faculty position, as an Assistant Professor from 2000 to 2004, and Associate Professor from 2005 to 2017. He got the PhD in information engineering in 1999 from the University of Salerno, Italy. Prof. Giacinto is the coordinator of the MSc course in Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence, and teaches courses on Databases, Operating Systems, and Computer Security in the BSc course in Electrical, Electronic and Computer Engineering, and in the MSc courses in Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligenc, Electronic Engineering and Internet Engineering at the University of Cagliari, Italy. He acts as the coordinator for international student mobility for the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, and for the Faculty of Engineering an Architecture. He is a member of the PhD program in Electronic and Computer Engineering at the University of Cagliari since 2001. Prof. Giacinto is a senior member of the IEEE and the ACM since 2010, and received the Fellow Award from IAPR in 2021. His main area of expertise is in machine learning approaches to malware analysis and detection. He is the scientific coordinator of the Spoke 3 within the SERICS project. He is also coordinator or principal investigator of research and internationalization projects. Prof. Giacinto is author of more than 180 papers on international journals, conference proceedings, and book chapters. His research activities are funded by regional, national and international projects.

Dr. Narottam Sahoo is a scientist by profession and science educator by training who has taken science to the common people. He has been recognized for his commitment to public engagement and for igniting a sense of wonder among people about the world by unveiling the interplay between science, engineering and society.
